New Ideas Fund

The New Ideas Fund supports small research projects by providing each project with up to £10,000 of funding.

The Fund is designed to encourage creative proposals to produce new evidence and novel ideas. This broadening of our evidence base will help us to develop more effective policies. The New Ideas Fund also supports bids for research on housing related projects.

The closing date for applications was 29 August 2008. A list of successful applications can be found on the New Ideas Fund Research in Progress pages.
